We got tired of watching great clinics waste time on admin.
The idea came from watching talented beauty teams spend hours in message threads that should have booked themselves. BeautyOps handles that side of the business so they don't have to.
The problem isn’t that clinic owners are disorganised. It’s that the tools they use weren’t built for how beauty businesses actually work — tight schedules, last-minute cancellations, clients who DM at 11pm.
BeautyOps handles the messages, bookings, deposits, and reminders so the team can focus on the work they’re actually good at. It replies in your voice, holds your boundaries, and escalates anything that needs a real person.
We work closely with the clinics using it — setting up services together, watching what breaks, and shipping fixes weekly. It’s a small team that moves fast.
