Terms of Service
These terms explain how BeautyOps provides the AI receptionist, booking, and automation platform. Please review them carefully before launching your workspace.
1. Agreement overview
By creating a BeautyOps account or using any BeautyOps service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to the agreement.
2. Access & acceptable use
We grant you a non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for your internal business operations. You agree not to reverse engineer the service, attempt to access other customers’ data, or use BeautyOps to send spam, unlawful communications, or harmful code.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions outline how and when fees are charged:
- BeautyOps is offered on monthly or annual subscriptions. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades or cancellations apply at the end of the current billing term.
- If payment fails, we may suspend access after reasonable notice.
4. Clinics’ responsibilities
To keep AI replies and automations compliant, you agree to:
- Provide accurate service information, policies, and pricing so that AI responses and bookings remain compliant.
- Ensure you have all necessary rights to the data you store in BeautyOps and to the communications you automate.
- Inform clients about your use of AI-assisted messaging where required by regulation.
5. Data ownership & processing
You own the data you import into BeautyOps. We act as processor and only use the data to deliver the contracted services. You may export data at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination we delete or anonymise data within 60 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Service levels & support
BeautyOps aims for 99.5% uptime measured monthly. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance wherever possible. Standard support is provided via email and in-product chat on business days. Higher-touch support is available on Studio, Clinic, and Enterprise plans.
7. Disclaimers & liability
BeautyOps is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those expressly stated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid during the preceding 12 months. Neither party is liable for lost profits, indirect, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately if you materially breach these terms or use BeautyOps in a way that harms other customers or the platform. Clauses relating to payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled in the courts of London, unless both parties agree to another jurisdiction in writing.
